In about 30 minutes we show you the platform live — via video call or in person. You see real workflows with real examples and can ask any question directly. Afterwards you receive your offer and, if you wish, a trial account.

Yes — after the demo you can try the platform yourself for 3 days with a fixed quota: import, search, create reports. That way you base your decision on your own experience, not on promises.

The trial period is one-time only — a demo is a demo. If questions remain after the trial, we are of course happy to answer them in a conversation.

onProp.ai is exclusively for professional real estate agents who are based in Mallorca and registered with the ROAIIB (the official agent register of the Balearics). Private users or companies from other industries are not granted access.

Internet access and an up-to-date browser — that is all. No installation, no own server, no IT skills. For the CRM modules an account with onOffice (with API access) or Propstack is ideal; all other modules work completely independently of your CRM.

Yes. The property import also works without onOffice or Propstack — via XML import, which is somewhat slower but leads to the same result. Only CRM Talk is unavailable, as it needs the direct connection. All other tools — research, analyses, reports, calculator, contract check — work completely independently of your CRM. Further systems can be integrated on request; onOffice and Propstack are currently the most common.

Your account is set up and ready within a few hours — including your logo, your colours and, if desired, the CRM connection. As a rule, you can get started the same day.

Yes. After onboarding you get a walkthrough — either for your whole team or for one person from your office who passes the knowledge on internally. The platform is deliberately built so that no further training is needed afterwards.

Yes — in addition to the main account you can create up to 2 further users for your team. Everyone works with the same tools and the same knowledge; management (creating, passwords, deleting) lies with the main account. Both team accounts are already included in the offer.

The platform is available in English, German and Spanish. Reports and PDFs — such as market reports or calculator results — can also be created in multiple languages, to match your international clients.

Because real costs sit behind every request: onProp.ai also pays for access to official interfaces and data sets, for AI processing, and for server, firewall and security infrastructure. So that your price stays fair and predictable — instead of usage-based billing — some modules have a monthly quota. It is sized to comfortably cover normal daily agency work; if you permanently need more, you get a suitable package.

Then that is generally it for the current month — your quota refills automatically at the start of the month. But: best drop support a quick message, something can always be done. If you regularly hit the limit, we adjust your package.

Right inside the platform you will find the support button — your shortest path to us. No ticket-system labyrinth, no hold music: requests land directly with the people who build the platform, and get solved accordingly fast.

No — and that is intentional. onProp.ai gives you analyses, calculations and verified information as a working aid, so you negotiate prepared and at eye level. The advantage: you have solid answers in advance — and can respond to your client immediately, instead of waiting days for a call back. Legal or tax advice for the individual case remains the job of the professionals.

Currently the Immofinder specialises in houses, villas, fincas and plots — apartment search is already in the works. All other modules (analyses, reports, calculator, contract check) naturally work for every property type.

It turns the document stack of a new mandate into a briefing. You choose the property type, upload the owner's documents — individually or as a ZIP, even photographed — and about 3 minutes later you get: what's there, what's missing according to the checklist for your property type, what contradicts itself (such as differing surface areas or special levies from community minutes) and which tasks remain before marketing and the notary appointment. The briefing deliberately names no persons — you share it as a Word file directly with the owner, gestoría or lawyer.

Exclusively from official sources — continuously updated. The chat answers are based on laws, decrees and regulations, never on websites of agents, lawyers or tax advisors. That is what makes them reliable.

Legal changes flow into the platform promptly — tax calculator and knowledge base calculate and answer on the currently valid status for Spain, the Balearics and Mallorca. A recent example: the changes of Ley 4/2026 were reflected from the day they came into force.

Yes. Processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGPD) and the Spanish LOPDGDD. This website works entirely without tracking cookies, and your CRM data stays where it belongs: in your CRM. Details in the privacy policy.

Your property and client data lives in your CRM anyway — nothing changes there. Simply download created reports and PDFs beforehand. Your account and usage data at onProp.ai is deleted after the contract ends.
