What still happens technically

The spam protection of our contact form (hCaptcha) may set technically necessary cookies when solving the captcha. They serve solely for bot detection and do not enable cross-site tracking. Under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE (the Spanish Information Society Services Act) they are exempt from consent.

And in the customer portal?

The onProp.ai portal (app.onprop.ai) uses a technically necessary session cookie for logged-in customers — no tracking there either. Details in the privacy policy.
