We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR; in Spanish RGPD; the article numbers are identical) and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica 3/2018).

3. Principle: data minimisation

This website deliberately avoids tracking, analytics tools and advertising cookies. No user profiles are created and no data is transmitted to advertising networks.

4. Server log files

When the website is accessed, our web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type) in log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: operational security). Log files are rotated automatically and older data is continuously deleted; no permanent storage or evaluation for marketing purposes takes place.

5. Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data provided (name, agency, email, message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is transmitted to us by email and not passed on to third parties. To protect against spam we use hCaptcha by Intuition Machines, Inc. (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); your IP address is transmitted to hCaptcha — details: hcaptcha.com/privacy.
